This project included the removal of existing roof shingles and we installed new 30 Iko Cambridge Architectural Series shingles. Many repairs were done to the roof sheathing, framing and siding. You will notice the construction of a new red cedar front porch along with a fresh coat of paint using Benjamin Moore AURA paint. This Fall will continue with the construction of wooden storm window units and continuation of painting and repairing of existing wood sash windows.
