Removal of existing roof shingles and installed new 30 Iko Cambridge Architectural Series shingles. Many repairs were done to the roof sheathing, framing and siding. Construction of new red cedar front porch. Fresh coat of paint using Benjamin Moore AURA paint. This Fall construction of wooden storm window units and continuation of painting and repairing of existing wood sash windows.
